At The Standard Set, a good shopping experience means never wondering where your order is or what it costs to get it to you. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.

This shipping policy covers orders shipped within the United States.

Delivery Times

Here is what to expect from the moment you check out:

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM EST. Anything placed after this goes into processing the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate below.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it goes out with one of our carriers.

Transit Time: 5 to 6 business days, Monday to Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 8 business days in total.

These are estimates. Weather, carrier volume, and regional conditions can move them by a day or two, and those factors sit outside our control.

If something goes wrong, whether that is a delay, a package marked delivered that never arrived, or a parcel that has gone quiet in transit, contact our customer service team straight away. We will open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it until your order is accounted for.
